This type is compatible with clean rooms. Use of a stainless sheet with outstanding durability enabled a design with a minimum opening, thereby cleanliness class 10 (per 0.1 m base 1cf) is achieved with a small suction amount. In addition, a super high-speed unit of the SCARA robot is used for the ZR axis of the SXYxC model to reduce the cycle time largely.<\/span><\/p>\n
